We offer a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags, and in the original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is defective

If the item received by you is damaged, please email us at rkpmhomes1@gmail.com and we will dispatch a replacement with a new product within 24–48 hours.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a product is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you regarding approval.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
